Antenna block off doesn't fit
So I assume that an eg block off plate doesn't fit 96-00? I have an oem Honda one which must be for an eg cause the bolt holes are off by about 5mm on my car.
Anyone know of a part # for the 96-00?

what are the odds, i installed my antenna block off plate JUST TODAY! and still have the bag 
according to the bag, the part number is 39152-SR3-A00
mine fit great, i reused the gasket or whatever it's called from the original antenna plate. you should probably do the same.
