Antenna
Will this antenna work on an eg6?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...6048
I emailed the seller to ask, but he has no idea. apparently it's flexible though, so I should buy it anyway [yes, he really said that].
Thanks in advance

Re: Antenna (SpydiR)
Well first of all I doubt you have an EG6.
Secondly if you've looked at how the antennaes on the 5th gen Civics work it's not even similar to this.

heh....lazy. reminds me of myself.
At least you can admit that you havnt even looked though.
I cant even belive that ebay listing. Horible.
This wont fit a civic. Not even close. They have it on what
looks to me like a celica, and its labeled as the "new jdm s2000"
antenna.
If your looking to get rid of that ugly stock antenna, I would get
the oem honda block off plate (search), and one of those hidden
antennas that goes along your windshield.

Re: Antenna (elwood)
yea, I guess I'll have to do that. I kind of the like the look a short-stalk antenna would give, though. Kind of R/C carish, I guess. so what's this windshield antenna? like a piece of tape with a metal strip in it?

Re: Antenna (SpydiR)
A lot of the new cars have the antenna in the glass. It looks like the defroster lines, but it is vertical.
I don't know how much or how hard a swap like that would be.
