ANOTHER STOLEN HATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wtf. i would always read about peoples hatches gettting stolen. i thought this would never happen to me. well f*ck it. it did happen to me. i did not inform the insurance co about my swap and as far as they were concerned i just had a 92 si hatch stock. this couldnt be anymore farther from the truth. i had a b18c swap that was the highlight of my car. but f*ck that all now. im broke and everything i ever cared about is gone. F*ck the mobile 1 oil changes. F*ck all the money i spent on her because shes gone. this is the worst day of my life. and here i sit broken hearted.

hey, join the stolen honda crew. Same with my hatch. Got stolen after I tuned my GSR. Hey, **** happens, I learned my lesson and got an insane security system installed and use a club. Kill switches are always a good idea.
Sorry for you loss, I def. know how you feel.

Doesnt matter. Mine just got stolen Wednesday night. Right next to my open window at my place. I had an alarm on there, turned the wheels to the curb, locks on my hoodpins, and the club. They stripped it down to nothing. Even stole the god damn carpet on the floor.

Here are some pics of whats left. And I had full interior, CF hood, CF duckbill, new wheels, and 1 piece headlights. The car was a complete car.
They even went through and switched doors and a drivers side fender. They did a lot of odd stuff. Left a brand new battery in there but stole the battery tray. They stole the fuel filter mount. The windshield trim is even gone.

good luck man, best thing to do is just kinda look at the positives. I had my 98' GSR stolen in september, I was pissed off for a good month. Just remember, whatever you do decide to get next, if its another honda, security is the #1 priority. Sucks that it has to take getting the car stolen to learn this, but I sure did, and you will too.

How did they get in without you knowing??? Was the alarm set? anyways, that sucks that the car got stolen, both of you.

Thats what I have been trying to figure out. The alarm never went off. They must of somehow disconnected it. It goes off when you open the doors or the trunk or the hood though. I wish I knew. Anyone use the club thing that goes on the brake pedal? I was wondering if that was worth the money or not.

if you have a viper alarm, it gives of a 5sec "warning chirp" before the actual alarm goes off. thats pleanty of time to open the hood and pull the battery, killing the siren. backup-battery siren is probably the most important, yet most over looked part of an alarm system.
flosSIn: maybe u shouldnt bee flossin' ur ****. i did for one day up here in the bay, and my system got jacked the next day =P hope they find ur ride in one piece

Yeah I live in Phoenix. About 7th St and Bell. It was professionals that got it. Supposedly there is a chop shop around 59th Ave and Peoria and that is where it was found.

Re: (eghatch4sale)
Im rebuilding the car again only this time it will only come out on the weekends and either be parked in storage everynight or in a garage. I think they towed it away from my apartment now anyways so unplugging stuff wont help.

Re: (MrHunter602)
if you have a receipt for the motor purchase and you have full coverage the insurance will give you some money for the motor! well at least my insurance company did. i was hit from the front and it was totalled i bought the car back and they gave me money for my motor after it was totalled, after i showed them pictures and the receipt for the bill of sale! it was hand written too! but i guess if you dont have any proff of the motor being in the car they wont give you anything for it. I was cut a check for 400 bucks for my b16a2 hey its better than nuthing. plus i still have the motor in my EG
