another piston question
I've heard that CTR pistons are heavier than ITR's, but what about JDM P30's? are P30's even heavier? and because the P30's do'nt have the moly coating on them, does that make them less reliable at high engine speeds? I know the coating is there to reduce friction but where exactly do you notice the benifit? If it was your B18c block (with PR3 head), would you go for the friction reducing qualities of the JDM ITR piston or the higher compression of the JDM P30?
thanks!
thanks!

Re: another piston question (cygnusX1)
Either way they are Honda pistons. Dont buy into the "Moly coating and friction reducing capabilities". Pistons are pistons, I would go with the CTR pistons and save you money for getting everything balanced. As long as you take care of your motor, they will last a while..
