another mini me problem

Default another mini me problem

i have read and read and read and i have yet to find an helpful artical. the setup i am running is a y7 bottom end a y8 top end and a chipped p28. the problem i am having is a rough idle and horrible bottom end power until about 3800 rpm. i have checked the timing it was good i changed the plugs and with no help. the other thing is that i dont have any check engine light on

You checked the ignition timing or cam timing? Any CEL's?
