Another EK Brake Master Cylinder Upgrade

I have a JDM 1998 Civic VTI - (LHD - B16a - ABS - 260mm Font Brakes) which comes stock with a 15/16th MC.
Since I have upgraded my front calipers to Wilwood DPHA 4 piston calipers and braided lines all around my brake pedal travel is way to long, even under hard braking pressure the pedal goes almost to floor and i can barely lock the wheels or actuate the abs.

I am looking to upgrade the Master Cylinder and considering which options do I have in order to keep everything else the same?
Apparently for what I found on the forum if I upgrade to a ITR MC I also have to upgrade the booster, is that really needed or I have any other option to just upgrade the MC?
Should I consider a Nissin/OEM one or does Wilwood makes any decent bolt-on replacement?

Thanks for the feedback as usual

and which size is that one? 1" ? did you had to modify any lines for it to fit?
Does anyone know the P/N of that one? I assume it is an usdm ITR we are talking about

On the eg civics yes, a line had to be re-bent or a new one had to be made. On the ek it was str8 bolt on.

Thanks tony, so I wont have issues I hope, which/where do you recommend to buy? I checked on acura parts and it seems to be discontinued (oem-new one, and i bet its super expensive), rather than a used one any other suggestion/link on which one to get?
