when you buy tires
where do you go to put them on
or how do you do'im by hand

wal mart or any place that sells tires car install them.....

Where ever you buy them should install them. Unless you bought them off the internet, then anyplace that sells tires can mount them for you. If you try to mount them yourself you'll prob. mess up your rim. Have it done, don't do it yourself.

Like everyone else said, you may take your tires to most general automotive service shops and they'll be able to mount your tires.

If you have expensive wheels and are worried about the shop damaging the finish or scratching the lip, you should ask around (friends with experience) about which shops do a clean job. Otherwise, just make sure you watch them while they are mounting the tires; I've had some expensive wheels damaged by shop mechanics who don't realize what they're handling. If you're there watching them, they may be more inclined to be more careful.
