Analysis of Plug... how's my motor doing???
Ok, so along with a new cap and new rotor, I changed the plugs. The pictures are a 1 step colder NGK plug gapped to .030 on a 6psi turbocharged b16a. At the dyno, I had a bunch of misfires and I'm not sure if it's fixed... the car seems to pull a lot better, but feels like it needs tuning to reach it's maximum. These plugs have seen:
A 1-2 gear WOT run. Followed by a 3rd gear 3,000rpm pull to redline and that is it.

It's pretty far from lean AFAIK...
This is the dyno for the settings the car is running right now.

you should be running 7's not sixes in a turbo car, BKR7's are what you should have but the gap is right. What kind of fuel management are you using, its a turbo car, your plug tips are gonna be a lil white, it wont run the same way as an NA car will, but a low"er" compression headgasket will also keep that from happening.

I did have the 7's... two step colder is an overkill.
AFC plus 450's plus Walbro. Tried tuning with Uberdata but the car made no power with it since the ignition was all fucked.
I am just asking if that looks normal or not... I don't know what it's supposed to look like.

Unceasing Measure
I don't see any pitting or cracking in the porcelain, so I'd say you're probably pretty fine. The black residue is good because it means you're getting a decent amount of fuel burn.
The only thing that might concern me is the side of the ground strap (thanks dude ) that seems to have some flaking. That's not completely abnormal, but I'd check all my other plugs to make sure it's not any worse on the others.

Re: (LShatchie)
Thanks guys. They actually look a bit more white than tan... I think I may need to retard the timing a couple degrees.
BTW, I think the 6's are one step colder, and the 7's are two step colder.

Yep, I was having some major misfires up top and I think it had some major side effects... car makes no power past 5,000rpm. I need a better tune.
