Default Amount of torque

Sup guys, i was wondering how many pounds of torque do i apply on the bolts holding the rear lower tie bar? Thanks in advance guys. I tried searching but only found one post that didn't say the amount.

From what I read, it seems like 40ftlbs once the car is on the ground or on ramps

Cool, thanks man. I have to bounce up and down and roll the car front and back, "ro remove any friction or binding. Thanks
