Default Aluminum Flywheel

Do you guys recommend an aluminum flywheel over a lightened stock one?

i've heard good and bad about aluminum flywheels. i opted for the act prolite series. it is FORGED chromoly. anything forged is ok with me.

edit--it's actually lighter than a lot of aluminum flywheels too!!

90% of the aluminum flywheels out there are all made by fidanza so it really dosent matter what one you pick

i had one on my b16, never had any problems with it, worked great.
