Default Alternator

so my car seems like i blew a fuse when i tried to turn it on and it just dont do ****...i replaced the battry and it turned on and was all good 3 hours later it did the same thing so im guessing my alternator is just draining my battery...i already had the starter checked today and it was fine... so is the alternator the only next answer or could i be over looking somthing ?

i took the alternator out and got it checked and it was fine so i put it back in and tried to turn the car on and the car turned on this time but was reving up and down from 3,000 to 4,000 rpm... i had my boy come over and switched ecu's to see if it was that and when i put his in its just revd my car to 5,000 rpm and i turned it off cuzz it kept tryna rev higher.. then somtimes it wont even wanna turn on
