alright lets get down to it.
We all build our cars fast, but here is the real question.
How do you beat a car that has the exact same specs. as your own?
Its the driver, yes.
and suspension is a big part of it.
How do you drive like a pro, how does one lose a car on a windy back road?
What technique makes one better than the other?
In depth answers greatly appreciated.

You answered you're own question, it's the driver.
As far as techniques go, it's all about timing. You can't say one is better than the other. If you can't drive, technique is irrelevant. There's too many factors as to why car A with driver A can beat or lose to car B with driver B.

weight also matters too
my stock d16z6 125hp keeps up with my friends chevy lumina 200hp cause his car is like 1,500lbs heavier than mine
