alright i have a problem with my h22 swap into my 99 ek hatch the shift cable problem please help
i connect the cable to tranny and to the shift box. the left cable comes out. and it doesn't engage gears. i saw the shift cable on ebay and it had a bracket. do you think i need that bracket any question feel free to ask
and not ask people for rides

it wont go in gear at all?? i have a h22 swap in a 97' coupe and it wont go in 5th or reverse and sometimes it acts up and the shifter gets real stiff and get REAl hard to go n gear? idk if the trans is going out or its a prob with the cables like u have?

I just bought an ek with an h22 and i had the same problem 3rd and fift were really hard to go into and the shift would get hard. I bought new cables and for the last 3 weeks the gears go in smothly.

Which bracket are you talking about the one on the shifter or the one under the car
