You must have an industrial strength flame suit and brass ***** to post those pics on this site.
LSD? Pink fuzzy dice? BMW rims? "H" on the speaker cover? A close-up shot of the wheel-well cancer? Wow. Looks awful
Sorry for the brutal truth, call 'em like I see 'em.

That thing looks awful. I do love the Honda emblem tip-tied onto the speaker cover
And that cancer looks like it's already infected your entire body.

Seriously, how has no one else said anything? Why the hell would Honda put LSD in a 70hp 8-valve economy car? They wouldn't. Maybe the previous owner left some hits of lysergic acid diethylamide in the glove box for you, but your car definitely doesn't have a Limited Slip Differential. I guarantee your car does a one wheel peel, just like my CX does.

I guess I'll be the only uncool guy and not dogpile on the guy while he's down.
I like the BMW wheels. We call them bottle caps, and I personally think they're a nice cheap wheel. I prefer them on EFs that are a little older, but once lowered I think they could work for you.
I love the shift **** - I've got the same one on my Civic wagon. It's a vintage 84-87 CR-X ****. Funny thing is some Honda sites sell them for like $50.00.
As far as the tranny and LSD goes, if it really has LSD that's awesome. One way to check if it has LSD is to pull an axle out (actually pulling both makes it easier to see through) and look through the diff - if you see no bar going across through the diff then you have an LSD. If you see the bar it's not an LSD.
So if you really have an LSD D tranny I say do an F2D adapter plate kit and screw an LS-VTEC. The 90-93 F22 Accord engines are seen as trash to 99% of the Honda community, but they are actually an amazing platform to build upon.
They are abundant, and best of all dirt cheap/free. Their cylinder head design is one of Honda's best ever, seriously, and leaves a lot of room for amazing/agressive port work if you so desire.
The current world record holder for the world's quickest and fastest all motor Honda is powered by a non VTEC 90-93 Accord engine.
I can't say anything positive about the rust - that's pretty bad. I'm guessing that you'll have no fun once you get under the car and try to do minor stuff like swap suspension, etc. If the rust is that bad on the fenders I imagine the underside will be pretty rough.
I'd suggest having a body shop cut those 1/4 panels off entirely and weld new ones in, then smotth everything out, etc. Problem is that this can cost more than just buying a clean rust-free shell anyways.
