Default All steering wheels same?

I am looking for a new steering wheel. I really wanted a Prelude one b/c they look and feel nice. I was just wondering if it will fit my car...(94 si eg). Also what about a I think its a 97 dx one that someone wants to sell me. So the questions of my post:
1. Will a 2000 Prelude steering wheel fit my car. Or anything newer than a 92-95
2. Where can I find a cheap steering wheel that still has good quality?
3. Anyone have any good experiences w/ non-oem wheels like grant or anything.
Thanks in advance.

1)Im not sure if a prelude wheel will fit. The splines may be different. The 97 DX one will definietly not fit
2)Get an Integra steering wheel
3)Friend has a Grant wheel, looks like poop but its durable. I like Momo wheels for aftermarket wheels.

is it true that having an aftermarket steering wheel with no air bag on a car that already has air bags is illegal?
