Member on this forum, Lip, made ~270whp in his gsr with a fully built b18c5. He was in Turbo Mag a month or two back.
His motor was built with off the shelf parts too. So id say 300whp is easily(relatively!) attainable.

Ericks racing holds the fastest allmotor honda record and he posted a graph on honda tech of his dyno showing he put out ~304 hp
