Its not all tinted, more often then not, it wont be, from what I
have seen.

the question ask if all JDM EG REAR WINDOWS are bronze tinted? the answer is yes. all jdm glass (rear window, quarter glass, driver side and passenger side windows) is tinted with a brone/brown tint.

not all jdm eg6 glass is tinted. I have seen many that are not, and
you have proably seen one that is and think your an expert. Stop
posting your missinformation, its not appriciated.

What if this guy was trying to buy jdm hatch glass and he just assumed all
of them were tinted, and he ends up getting it in the mail, and its not tinted.
Still JDM, but not even close to what he was looking for, all because he
listend to you, the JDM expert.

The original poster didn't ask about siR rear glass only, he asked about all JDM rear glass. So even if all siR rear glass is tinted, and siR rear glass is all that is that is being sold here, you are still wrong.

yea actually i was about to buy a rear hatch that was sent from japan. yet it was not the bronze tint. so i was pretty sure that the sir had the bronze tint , but wasnt positively sure. so i put the question out

which is a two part question and purposely written vaguely and not specific as "do eg sir hatches come in bronze tint?" reason for this was to get more broad answers.

and i do appreciate the correct answers because it saved me some money. not saying your an idiot bokguay for giving out bad info. im just saying i agree with elwood that people get misinformation everyday on message boards because people just need to be right on things , yet they are wrong in the end... and i hope that if someone asks you about jdm eg amber clocks. remember they ALL were not amber either...they were amber only on certain trim levels sir, sirII. and the same for the 3rd brake light aswell...not all were LED

the japanese had three different kinds of finishes on their glass(door/windshield/rear quarter/hatch).

clear like the us version/smoked/bronze to clarify it isnt exaclty a tint..the actual glass is finished in the colors mentioned.
as for what trim had the glass...from what i know the sir series(2 and s models) had the bronze finish.

the rear wing follows the same...the long led light came on both the sir2 and sir-s models...lower models had the same wing we have here in the us except theirs didnt have a 3rd brake light.
