Default alignment ans suspension question

i have a 94 civic CX hatch and my front camber is iff it is too negative. and also in the rear when i rotating my tires i noiced that there are blocks of rubber between the springs only one block but it is still there. my question is... is camber adjustable and wtf are the rubber things for

im not sure on the ruber things my car doesent have em and didnt when it was stock suspension. is your car lowered? cause there is no way to adjust camber on stock suspension youll need a camber kit how far is it off?

the car is bone stock except for the motor. i dont know how far it is off but ihave a camber waer pattern with no pull WTF

if its stock just get an allignment like i said there is no way to adjust camber keep in mind if the toe is off it will wear your tires. has it ever been in a wreck?

i had it up when i idi my clutch(what a pain in the ***). it didnt look bent but then again it only takes a little to **** something up

When my LCA bushings wore out (read: wore out, tore through, then finally fell out), I ended up with tons of negative camber. Something to consider.
