Well, ideally you need to locate an alignment shop with a good reputation that you can trust before you do anything.
Then simply explain what you have replaced and have them check the alignment completely.
Afterwards, keep a very close eye on your tires for signs of uneven or improper wear, particularly on the outer shoulders. Watch for excessive wear, cupping, etc.

Something like this:
Hopefully you'll notice way before it got that bad. Just keep an eye on it, and if it's still even and good by the next oil change... you can stop watching it.

one more questions guys thanks for all the help, but should i do the washer trick in the back, and i got the diy for it but i am not sure about the nuts is it a 10x1.25 thread, if it is i will go and get it and do it, because i was up all last night changing the ISB on my tranny and only did the front suspension, and then i assed out, because i was way to tried, so before i do the back i could do the washer trick, if its not necessary i will just skip it, thanks again guys

why would you do the washer trick if you haven't done the suspension in the back yet?
how about lower it and see if its necessary, most of the time the rear is fine unless you're one of those people who insist on having your car too low.
