Airbag question
Ok first off i wanna say, AIRBAGS SCARE THE CRAP OUT OF ME!
I have a 2000 hatchback. I wanna install a sparco steering wheel and a jdm pasenger airbag trey. Someone told me that if u take the stock airbags out, the SRS light would stay on. Someone else told me it will go off if you "remove the whole system".
I'm not sure what they ment. So, my question is, What is the right way to remove my stock airbags and install the items mentioned? And also if it is legal to do with out them?
THNX!

In the lower driver side of the windshield it should say airbag. If you have that and are caught without one start saving money.

Yes your right.. its federal law, Unless you get a 5 point racing harness with seat (DOT approved)then you can ditch the seatbelt.

Re: Airbag question (JDMRoadRacer)
I took mine out when my airbag was stolen. I heard it was illegal to drive with those lights on and was paranoid that a cop would pull up next to me and see it.
