yeah ebay is a great place, but you gotta be careful of knockoffs with crappier quality. as far as the intake goes, i say go with this whale *****. its a huge tube and is cheap, but good quality.

when it comes to exhaust i thin kyou really ought to listen to MANY different exhausts before you go and buy one. just cuz one person things it sounds good doesnt mean you will. theres alot of threads around with sound files which are very helpful.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT spend $300 for an air intake. A $50 piece does the same exact thing.
The J's Racing style intake is good. Kind of an eye sore, but a good intake. Used to have one, sold it. Definitely a good sound when on WOT and probably a few extra horsepower and torque. $70 shipped, can't go wrong.
As far as exhaust goes, go to http://www.kteller.com and get yourself the 2.25" Mandrel Bent Bolt-Up exhaust system. $235. Also, get yourself an ES Oval muffler with it, another $100. $335 for an exhaust system that yields, for not to say more, the same power as a $500 unit.

Re: air intake? (egcoupe)
Honestly....I dont even see why you would even put an exaust on a D series....D series don't even respond well to bolt on's.....the only way your going to make any noticable diff. is to FI that thing.
ive seen a whale ***** on some ITR ....they seem to like them ...

i've got an AEM cold air (original) and a Throttle body spacer... i'm very happy with it... i need exhaust so i'm most likey going to go with a stock GSR exhaust with some modifications... if not then i'm gonna go.. Skunk2 or N1
