Default Air conditioning?

So my car has been sitting with no engine in it for a few months now, and i am about to put the motor back. The AC line that connects to the compressor has been just sitting open for a while and its humid as hell in texas, so i am sure some damage has been done to something. What do i need to replace before i turn the ac back on?

no when you get the motor back in take it to get serviced and the will check it there. they must put it into a deep vacuum to burn the moister(sp) and to check for leaks in the system. ill i can say is good luck

replace your dryer, and vacume the system out before you fill it. if you have a compressor you can get a venturi vacume pump for like 10 bucks, i did mine the other day and it worked great

definitely replace your dryer... and get it vacummed out and recharged.... i just had that happen to my sol.... i tried to charge it without getitng new dryer and it blew cold... so i wasted money on free on.. sooo definitely go out buy a new dryer, go to honda its prly like 70.00 and then just replace it urself its real simple... just take off the two bolts on top... then loosen the bracket below, and pull it out the bottom... then take it somewhere and get it vacuumed out and recharged and you'll be in love with it. type r in a sol with a/c, gotta love it.
