air 2 fuel gauge

air 2 fuel gauge
i was reading up on installing an air 2 fuel ratio gauge, and the diagram told me to tap into the white O2 sensor wire. i did so accordingly, and the gauge does not react. can anyone give me some insight and tell me what i did wrong?

Unless you bought a wideband 02 sensor and evetying you need to control it you can just return that guage. Its not good for much other than a lightshow.
