Ahh, tax time. What to do?

Ahh, tax time. What to do?
So, it's that wonderful time of the year. And my baby could use some work.
I've got myself some options:
The last jackass I bought it off of decided he would just paint over rust, so now I've got a growing problem. I could fix the rust (new quarters and fenders) and paint it. I'm thinking either Supersonic blue pearl or camelia red pearl (I want a stock honda color. I just bought 16" polished rota slips, and she'll get lowered come spring.
Or... I sell my ej1 and buy a clover green pearl dc2...
Opinions??

Not really. my friend built a 490hp z6 on Mcdonalds checks in highschool.
This was all him, his parents never gave him 1 penny.
You can do anything you want, you just have to be smart with the money.

Definitely the only shade of purple I would ever paint my car. When not in direct sunlight it seems like a dark blue.

A lot of cars originally painted DAP had lots of fading and peeling problems
Who knows if it was the factory paint or what but I've never seen a car painted DAP in good condition
