Aftermarket steering wheel & retaining cruise control
Recently I helped a friend install a momo wheel in his 04 Sentra Spec V and luckily their was a plug going into the clock spring (I think) that made it fairly easy to relocate the OEM cruise switch so he was able to retain it. This got me wondering...if my 00 civic is similar relocating the oem cruise switch should be the same.
This was the best image I was able to dig up.
As you can see, the green 3 pin plug is for the cruise switch, but does anyone know if it leads back to another plug under the column shroud? I imagine it would somehow tie back into the ignition wiring harness before the steering wheel, but before I go ahead and commit my self to the aftermarket wheel, I wanted to see if anyone had any further information.
thanks
