After rear disc conversion car sways terribly....
I just installed an integra rear disc conversion on my hatch and my car is swaying really bad. Will an alignment fix this? I think the rear wheel are way out of alignment now.

Your toe is probably super off. It's adjustable at the front control arm in front of the trailing arm bushing. I would just put them in the middle and go get it aligned pronto.

Thanks for the reply.
So if they adjust the toe up front that will affect the rear? Sorry not very familiar with the alignment process.

thats how you can check the front. the rear im not too sure about though since you said you did REAR conversion. just get it aligned and get the numbers... they never lie

That's what I'm not sure about. How would they fix the rear? Or does fixing the front also fix the rear. I am positive the rear wheels aren't straight, each wheel is different it seems.

No on the rear suspension the very short arm's that are the furtherest toward the front of the rear disc assembly. Follow the trailing arms to the small bars. If you did this you know what i'm talking about they have about 1-2" of slide travel that lets you set the toe angle.
Since you probalby wont' be able to set your toe yourself just get it to a shop and they can fix it.
This may fix your swaying wobble problem but it might not be the issue either. I'd say chances are good it's playing a big part though.

I do alignments and on a honda from the factory the only thing you can adjust is toe in the front and rear... Make sure everything is tight!

Thanks guys. I know what you are talking about cause I did the conversion. I'll take it to get aligned immediately. Hopefully no more 180's on the highway in the rain
