A.) why did you get that breather...?
B.) if you - for whatever reason - want to keep the gay breather, go ahead and take the tube that was on the intake, cut it, put a bolt in it and hose clamp or ziptie it in there. You could also look for a vacuum cap of the proper size, but it won't be simple to find one. A rubber stopper would be the ultimate solution.

the breather will not do anything for intake so i would just plug it with somthing to try and not draw more attencion to the intake than is needed

you can run down to pepboys or whatever and find a vacuum nipple assortment. theres bound to be one that fits.
the other hose is a coolant hose you can remove the factory on and use a straight piece between the 2

two words...duct tape
whatever you do, dont do what I did and wrap 33 black tape around the hole. THE INTAKE SUCKED IT IN. vacuum plug, or a rubber hose w/ a bolt a clamp can do. why'd you buy a breather anyway?

my aem intake came with both a hose and rubber plug to cover the hole up. i used the hose to connect the intake to the valve cover and tossed the plug

Nope. Worthless. Put the hose back on... It helps to vent pressure in the engine by vaccum. You might get crap all over your engine bay with that breather on too.

One word... GHETTO. Seriously. Get a piece of hose and two clamps for about 3$ at autozone/pep boys/whatever, and put it on the way it was intended.

My intake came with little caps that go on those. You can get caps at any hardware store that would do the trick.

PUt it the way it was intended. Pay attention to the way your car idles when you have it hooked up right and the way it was with the breather
