aem cai install question

is it true that you have to remove the front bumper to install the aem cold air intake? I have a 94 dohc del sol and a friend of mine said I had to remove my front bumper to install a aem cold air intake

yes that would make it alot easier. taking off the bumper takes like 5 minutes
