adjustment of e-brake?
Got a 93 Civic DX with rear drums. Right now, when I pull up the e-brake all the way up, the car still moves when on a slope. Not very familiar with adjusting this? Is it something simple on drum?

Yes, you can adjust it on the drum or near the ebrake.
There should be a nut/wing type assembly along the line and you can adjust that. Adjust to your liking, it's pretty self-explanatory once you find it.

you can adjust from the adjust mech. from the rear drums or you can take off your armrest area that covers the ebrake and tightened the two 12mm nuts on the cables
