Adjusting your distirbutor???
Sup to all the ITR owners!!
I own a 96ek with a JDM 97B18C-R motor.....
Last month my 1/4 mile run was 14.6 bone stock with kumho radial tires and a cold air intake and a 2.5 straight through exhaust.
I now upgraded my motor with a JDM ITR 4-1 headers still with the same set-up and tires but I posted a 14.5 and 14.6. When I advanced the distributor I ran a 14.2 twice......My question is, is it okay to leave it advanced and was adjusting it a good thing? Will it cause any problems to my engine? THANKXXXS for the help!!!
And yes I will be getting TODA gears soon so I can do more adjustments.
