adjusting Perch Levels

Default adjusting Perch Levels

I have Koni yellows on my SI and i was wondering how i can raise the perch levels because i bought them like this with koni yellows and ITR springs on them..

you dont have adjustable spring perches with that setup. the shocks of course are adjustable but nothing with ride height. Maybe you should start thinking about some GC springs and sleeves or something of that sort with adjustable spring perches.

yeah he does, those shocks have 3 levels of height adjustablity, you need one of those spreader tools, sorry i dont know the name, you have to completely remove the shock and spring to do it. under the spring perch, theres a ring that sits in a groove, you just spread the ring and put it on the groove you want, lower to lower the car, higher to raise the car.

snap ring pliers, 14mm socket/wrench, 12mm socket/wrench, jack, jackstands, tire iron, spring compressor, 5mm allen, common sense not to get hurt, or break anything.

thanks you i always wondered what the name of that tool was, good call on the spring compressors i forgot hes on stock tall springs...
