I have to check if my instructions are right because i read a few threads on here and i'm lost now. If i move the rings on the coilover up the ride height is going down?

Here is a picture of the coilovers with the rings in the lowest position.

Now i have to figure out where to put the rings to have the car lowered by 50mm. I have the koni 1150 5010 kit. But anyway thanks, seems like i misunderstood the instructions that i got.
