adding power steering?
i have a 97 cx hb, and i plan on doing a b18c swap. i know you guys don't like your power steering but i don't like the way the manual steering works when you take turns hard. if the b18 comes with a p/s pump, what else will i need and how much will it cost. i did a search but didn't get much.
p.s. you can keep your negative coments to yourself.. thank for the help in advanced.

Re: adding power steering? (Sukebei Oni)
I did the same thing to my '94 when I did the swap. Mine is daily drive about 100 miles a day and I was just a little tired of man steering during the hot weather.
I was able to find a junk yard civic that had most of the parts:
rack w/ pressure line to the pump
subframe (mounts are a little different)
hard return lines
tierods
balljoints
Then I purchased the following new:
reservoir
cooling line
misc. hoses
You can also go to majestic honda ( http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com ) to get an idea of all the parts that will be needed. Also, look at a similar civic that's already equipped w/ the P.S. (it'll make more sense).
Here's a pic from majestic honda of some of the misc. hoses and pipe:
good luck
