Default Acura el manual fold heated mirrors to 98 civic

Ive tried searching but came up with nothing, I want to know if anyone out there has a wiring diagram for the switch( Us - canadian)? I know it's plug and play but I want to use the switch that came with the mirrors so I can use the heat option, the plugs on the back are totally different.

1998 Honda civic lx

Thanks

Plug and play if you're going sedan to sedan. Mirrors won't fit coupe/hatch, but I'm guessing you know this.

Plug design changed for 96-98 and 99-00. One is flat and green, the other is white and I think has a separate connector for the heated feature.

This info is in the 6G Civic Service Manual, but here you go anyway ... some relevant excerpts. LMK if you need more.

please do a write up if you do an install. i've been wanting to do this to my car but been too damn lazy. It would motivate me. also, someone in the for sale section has the heated mirror switch for sale. I can't remember who but its just a search away

Well, it's really just ONE wire extended from the switch to the mirrors, then of course a Ground, which you can tap in to in existing wiring on the door. Really, stop being lazy and get on it, and you do the write-up! It's a great intro to vehicle electrical if you're not familiar.

Yea i already have the EL mirrors on my EX sedan. Everything works great, but i just need to wire the heating elements.

I have a 99-00 switch and also EL switch(heating is a separate little plug you right)

Thanks or the info, this should help me out.
