I know the Canadian's have an Acura EL and it similar to our USDM honda Civic, I was wondering if there was an EG version of this acura?

You make that sound like we don't have Civic's here in Canada.

There was a version of the Domani (what the EL is based on) available in Europe and Japan that was based on the EG platform.
This is the 1992 Domani.

I don't like the new ones. They look too much like Civics, especially the rear.
The shape of the headlight looks exactly the same as the Civic's when you don't compare side by side, but they are actually different. ( can't get aftermarket headlights even they look the same). 97-00 headlights are noticibly different than same year Civics, same thing goes for rear too.

Maybe you should have tried superchargering an egine with a base line HP rating of 127hp, you would have made more horespower with less money getting into a JDM b18c

see, how can you make that assessment? you dont know how much i paid for my supercharger.....i got a brand new supercharger kit for $1800 - more than $1,000 off Retail price, which made comparable horsepower to a b-series engine, for about half the cost- fact of the matter is, i didn't want some scabbed on ****, hacking up a wiring harness isn't my idea of reliable. my brother had a swapped civic before everyone and their mom did, and the gains weren't worth the trouble. So my statement still stands- dollar for dollar, you get a hell of alot more performance out of a turbo car than you do a N/A car, without comprimising reliability that much....people grow, i was tired of climbing DOWN into econobox, i will say i love having four doors, and never more than 2 people in the car, spaceous!
anyways....yes, that 92-95 Domani looks like ****, and the new EL looks cool.
oh yea, and honda R0xx0Rz!!

I'm not sure I am getting your point, a swaped stock engine is still a stock engine with stock reliablity .Bad wiring with the fault of the installer.Hacking up the wiring harness is the lazy mans way of doing things.
I agree with you , that you get more performance with a F/I engine then you do with same engine that N/A. What kind of supercharger did you have style, Centrifugal or positive-displacement? What brand was it? Did it come with a fuel system upgrade, did it come with a ECU upgrade?

standard jackson racing, eaton blower....i adjusted the timing on the car, but never upgraded the computer, etc, it was just running the normal 6psi pulleys, so it didnt warrant that work

ill agree to an extent - if you pulled the engine yourself, sure- now if it came off a boat from japan who knows what the **** happened to it, you're spending nearly FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS (after its all said and done, misc parts, extra tools, etc) on a USED engine, not really kosher to me, id spend the same amount and get new parts and KNOW what im getting with a blower or turbo kit....
