sorry to see your lose.. did you get the tags of the driver who was in the is300?? that is definatly at totaled hatch i can say from experiance.. some advice, buy it back from the insurance company if you can for a good price and from the looks of it its not worth that much except for that motor and im sure you will want that in your next project car.. have the insurance company total it, buy it back, and then stripe and part it out.. here is a pic of my roomates totaled coupe, we yanked the engine and everything out put it back to stock and gave it back to the other guys insurance company.. some dick ran a red light and the car was totaled 2 weeks afer he got the swap..

no, I didnt get the lexus' plate number. I didn't lose control after I ran off the road, I was able to get back on the road from the grass, but my friend that was in the car got really scare, he had no seat belt on, he had a cigarette in his right hand, so his left hand was trying to find something to grab. Guess WHAT? he pulled the E brake, that's how I lost control when I was half on the grass, half on the road. If i didn't try to get back on the road i would have hit a pole. his head ended up hitting that handle on the headliner and bent it. Look at what he did to the E brake.
the motor is good, I drove the car to my garage from the towing yard like that.
I am selling the motor, cd player, and whatever is salvagable off the car.
