AC mode actuator motor stucks

Default AC mode actuator motor stucks

Hi

I am having issue that the first 2 mode works correctly and then after that it got stuck and the motor starts clicking. I don't think motor is the issue as it is working. So what can be the issue?

It stuck at this position
Car is civic 2000 pkdm

This is usually stripped gears in the motor. Detach the link pushrod from the motor and check that the mechanism in the air box moves freely. You can also use this to set the mode you want until you get a new motor.

Be careful that area where it slides will cut your finger like no other. It's sharp.

For detaching push rod I only need to remove the bolt on the motor?
