Be verrry careful, this is almost a 20yr old car. Ive never heard of anyone 'tucking' thier A/C. Personally id either A. leave it or B. delete it.

Re: AC line tuck help
Not safe to bend i bent mine and they cracked i had to get them repaired i would go to an HVAC place that does House AC and find out if you can get some flexible lines so you can run them lower down against your Frame rail then come up vertical. The HVAC guys build custom setups for houses all the time so thats where i would check.

Re: AC line tuck help
I don't know if I would try to bend the stock lines.
I am sure you 'could' tuck the AC but I would start looking for new lines, that can be used with it. And then start looking for places to hide it all.
I am sure it would be just like tucking brake lines, but with AC, and a LOT higher pressure running threw the lines.
what's the point? Just to say you have done it?? He said it has been done before, yet I can't find anything to do it? Maybe him not posting in this thread for so long is a sign.

I am not saying it isn't. The few weeks out the year it's nice to have. I still have mine, swap or not I will still have AC.
I just don't think it's worth all the work to tuck the lines. But, also I hate full tucked bays. The whole floaty look is stupid.
