Default AC/HEATER Problems

I have a 2001 Civic and for some reason every once in a while the AC and Heater doesn't blow out air. However, it doesn't happen that often and when it works, it works fine. Any ideas?

You may have a bad relay for your fan motor. Take it to a shop and have them test the relay.

i had that problem with a blazer.. could be the actual heat switch.. may be just bad.. that heater motor relay is a good idea.. i dont think the actual heater motor would be bad on a 2001. it could only be those few things.. if it was a vacuum hose loose or somethin u would still here air it just wouldnt open the doors.. try those and respond im curious! hope u get it fixed
