ac bracket help
long story short, i bought an AC bracket and pulley off of a jdm b20v to help a friend do an LS swap for his 93 civic soon and keep all the d-series ac components. i may have jumped the gun and screwed myself outta some money and him on the swap. the bracket has 'P3G-1' on it and right under that is 'METTS', can anyone tell me if this will work or not?
this is how i feel right now

Re: ac bracket help
I can say that that bracket looks completely different from the 99-01 USDM CRV bracket that I used on my B-series swap. If it's a JDM B20, it might be the B20b, which would probably have a similar bracket to the 96-98 USDM B20B... which may or may not be different from the 99-01. I would advise checking the parts diagrams on Majestic if you're curious of that aspect.
I can't tell you whether or not it will work though. The boltholes look like they're in the same locations as the other bracket I have on my car, but you never know for sure until you try lining them up. I can tell you with almost certainty that the back of the bracket will bolt up to the B-series block, because virtually all of the B-series used the same bolt pattern for the AC compressor bracket.
So, the question is whether the frontside will bolt to a D-series compressor.
I'd recommend unbolting your D-series compressor and holding it up to the bracket to see if the holes line up. If they do, it should work.
