not w/o mods. even then you should take it to a tuner and have him take care of that. simply changing it will not yield any positive results.

How do you plan on changing it; you using a VAFC? What do you expect to change, more power? What is it currently at? What GSR motor? c'mon!

when you install the cams, you'll need tuning. get it tuned on the dyno, and let your tuner worry about the crossover point. If you don't put cams in, changing your crossover will not do anything but potentially slow you down.
