??? about my front axels on my 97 civic ex

ok so i just bought my 97 civic ex coupe and noticed that both my front axels are torn near the boot closet to the brake assembly. Should I just go by 2 new axels or can I just by a new boot and reseal that part. When it comes to labor I am pretty good I just dont no if it is worth the hassle to repair them. thanks in advance.

youre probably better off just replacing the axles. If youve just noticed them, theyve probably been torn for awhile and have crap in them that'll kill the joint.
Just replace em w/ autozone (or similar) axles. You get a good core trade-in value and they come w/ a lifetime warranty
