hopefully you are ready if something goes wrong, most likely the bolts in the rear trailing arms a seized and you will have to get new bushings and bolts, but maybe you'll be lucky other then that it should be a no brainer, good luck

use a small drill bit through the remaining bolt and slowly increase the size till you can collapse the bolt. or another way is to heat it up with a torch and use an e-z-out. hope this helps.

make sure to save for some shocks for later down the road...oh and get your alignment done right after you lower it...

when ever ur removing bots from under the car...id make sure i soak them with W-40 or something that ll free up the bolt..then spray some bushing preserver on the bushings to give them some give..hopefully nothing will break off
let the stuff soak in overnite..then spray again when ur ready to remove any parts
a $20 investment in sprays can save u time and $$$ money in the long run
while ur under there..spray all the bushing s ..best to keep them healthy..they re a pain in the *** to replace

spray down the bolts beforehand. the front bolts will most likely come out easily but the the back LCA bolts will break and your bushing will be corroded so you will need to get those out and replace them. i got 4 bushing and 4 bolts for 50-70 dollars through honda dealership (thats with overnight shipping)

your bouncy ride isn't caused by the coilovers, it's caused by the shocks, you need new shocks, skunk2 coilovers are very stiff not bouncy at all. You need to raise your ride up some too, never go as low as they can go, you won't get much shock travel. Coilovers cost more than springs for a reason.

i ******* sawed off the bolt on the shock. **** was pissing me off. i was putting on koni yellows on anyways so i didnt need the top. it will be really bouncy if you have stock shocks. your handling is going to hell also.

hmmmm....depending on the strut/spring setup you put on, you should get better handling and cornering performance. just so you know, stiffer=better
but too much stiffness will sacrifice ride comfort...hope this helps...

We put the spare tire over it, had a friend push down on the tire, and impacted it right off...only shot up about 6 inches.
Fun Fun all in all...

I'm riding on goldlines.. No complaints here
The first mod i ever did was lower my car. I did it all alone with no help, i used this site http://www.deepstaged.net/spring_install.htm it took me 2 days to do though
It was way easier then i thought. Just make sure and have all the tools.
