Default ???about dash clock

yeah.....it works and all but the damn thing turns off and resets when i turn my lights on....pretty weird

There should be a memory wire. Check to see if your memory wire is hot all the time. If not, you can run one from the battery.

EDIT: I just re-read your post. IDK man, sorry. Short somewhere?

I suggest you try a different clock and see if it does the same thing. I have had the clock go bad before and do some pretty weird things.
