???? about coilovers

OK I know this is a dumb question but here it goes, I have skunk2 coilovers and im trying to make the ride height as stock as possible. Is there any measurments that anoyone has for this??? Also how do I keep the whole assembly from turning while im tightening the upper sleeve???Finaly, a real dumb question, is it normal for the spring to just dangle there after you lower the sleeves a beyond a certain point. Im supposed to have pressure on the spring with sleeves before I lower the jack correct ???? Just learning guys, thanks!!! https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

it does that when the shock is compressed all the way which means you lowered it too far

measurements of what?? stock from top of hubcap to bottom of fender on EK with 14" wheels is around 6 1/2"
