11 times...
It will take an enormous amount of stallings to cause damage. The Starter gets more of a work out from restarting, and the clutch may wear a little quicker but nothing you'll probably ever notice

eeehh.. I taught two people how to drive stick w/ my car. My clutch felt a little mushy afterwards but its been 3 years and still riding on the same clutch.
First person I taught was my ex and she stalled about 15+ times b4 I just gave up.
