Default ? about Brake boosters for rear brake conversion (Yes searched this is not covered)

Ok my friend Myles and I found rear brake conversions for our hatches. I have a 92 vx and he has a 2000 cx. Our brake conversions did not come with the Master Cylinders, brake boosters or Proportioning valves. For my car I just plan on doing the 91 EX master cylinder upgrade and changing my proportion valve. For my friend though we found a wrecked 90-93 RS/LS. Before we go and take the Master Cylinder, Brake Booster and Proportioning valve out of the car we would like to know if they would work in his hatch? (2000 cx) If not if, will the proportioning valve will work in my car? (92 vx) Also would the Del SOL parts work? I searched for that as well but have not seen any covering those parts from a Del Sol in a EG or EK. Thank you for your time and thank you in advance for the help

i'm not sure about the ek. but if you dont have abs then del sol parts should be fine. personally i got an integra 4040 pv. but it should be the same on the del sol si or vtec(w/out abs)

brake booster, integra brake booster and mc will work. i heard the older civic/integra mc will bolt up to stock sohc civics/del sol but for a "better petal feel" people recommend going witht he integra junks. the brake booster isnt specific might i add. you CAN mis abs brake booster with non abd master cylinder. its everything from the master cylinder on out that gets hairy.

look for 6 lines going to proportion valve. thats non abs.

master cylinder with two fittings the same size is non abs. if one is larger, abs.

hope this h elps, if any other questions feel free to ask

correct, i believe the fittings are the same for the 13/16 mc and the 7/8 (del sol VTEC) but i would get a second opinion.i have yet to do mine since i am awaiting brake pads and lines but i will be more than happy to tell you how it went once its complete.
