Re: BEST Spark Plug to use???
Can't go wrong with ngk v-power plugs and oem honda cap, rotor, and wires. Ngk makes wires as well although I've never used them but I'm sure they would work equally as well.

Re: BEST Spark Plug to use???
I'll echo that NGK plugs are the best - part number ZFR5F-11 are OEM.
Plug wires? OEM Honda are the best IMO, but a cost effective alternative are the NGK blue wires. As someone mentioned earlier NGK doesn't actually make OEM Honda plug wires. Honda has contracted a few different manufacturers for those, mostly going with Sumitomo. Do not believe the crap spewed by parts stores on how their plug wires are "OEM" or "better." 9 times out of 10 these junky wires pull apart the next time you need to remove them to check plugs, etc.
Cap and rotor? OEM Honda and nothing else IMO. YEC makes some comparable, but not identical, rotors and caps. YEC isn't going to be a brand stocked at local parts stores. They will push crap-*** Bosch parts on you, because that's what they all stock.
Don't let your local parts store push Bosch on you.
If you want to finish off the tune properly a very important part of the 30K tune-up interval for your Civic is a valve adjustment. For that the only part you'll need a is a valve cover gasket. You will need a set of feeler gauges too. There are plenty of write-ups about valve adjustments floating around the internet to assist you there.
