Default 99Si with jdm swap problematic!!! Please help!!!

I have right now at my work a 99 Civic Si with 55k on the odometer. Bad thing is it has a JDm swap, the motor code is B16A. The head is stamped 96. The problems we are having is the motor was thrown in and not really hooked up. On the fuel injector wire harness there is a plug not hooked up to anything. Tim (Timmay on H-T) said it probably goes to the intake temp guage or whatever. There is also another plug coming from below the motor that isn't hooked to anything and when we lifted the car off the ground we couldn't see where it should be hooked into or where it came from. I will get pics later. The main problem is the motor will rev fine and VTEC engages normal, but it hits rev limiter at 6800rpm. What would cause this and ow can I fix it. The ECU is just fine, P2T right? The last problem is when the brakes are applied all the lights come on, like the front turn signals and the rear turn signals. The lights also come on inside the car when the brakes are applied. I know I work at a Honda dealership but we can't seem to figure these simple problems out. Please help me and my dealership!!! of Pocatello

one on the top of the fuel rail should be the EVAP sensor and the one hanging down should be the CKF (crank pulley fluctuation) sensor : hint: JDM dont have this. there for you need to get the sensor, USDM oil pump, gear and plastic peace to make this work like factory
oh and about the EVAP sensor JDM motors dont have this either so get the USDM one and find a way to make this work

oh and if you are at a HONDA dealer look up the color code to the sensor wires to see what they go to in the HELMS
<------never thought he would be giving advice to a HONDA tech on how to work on his HONDA

oh and I dont think the car is bad......maybe the user? J/K

I am only the lot attendant, trying to help old geezer mechanic/technicians to lean new tricks on new cars.
