99ek coupe, fuel pump issues after swap.
So i just installed a 98 jdm b16a into my buddies 99 ex coupe. everything is hooked up but we are not getting ANY fuel. the fuel pump wont prime and the injectors are not opening. i check all the fuses and they are all good. also pulled the backseats and there is no signal to the fuel pump at all, so that rules out the actual pump being bad.
We are using the stock jdm ecu for the b16, but we also tried the d16 ecu and it still wouldnt work. anybody have ANY ideas???

im guessing your using a obd2-obd1 jumper?
double check all plugs under the hood? check the fuses that are under the hood?
